Academic Assessments Identify your child’s potential
Planning for the future
How is your child doing at school? Which areas do they need to work on? And how do they compare to other pupils? Whatever stage your child is at, our online Academic Assessments can give you helpful insights into their potential.
Typically, parents use our online Academic Assessments to
help them:
Discover their child’s hidden strengths and
weaknesses
See their child’s current and potential levels
of attainment
Compare their child’s performance with other
children of the same age
Assessments for children taking 7+ or 11+ exams
Parents want their children to go to a school where they
will be happy and fulfil their potential. However, they often have no
information to help them make that all-important choice. Our online Academic Assessments
provide detailed insights that support parents when they are deciding which
school would be best for their child.
Assessments for teenagers
approaching GCSEs, A levels and the IB
In secondary school, parents
may wish to identify the cause of any academic stumbling blocks and accurately
predict the outcomes of their child’s exams. Academic Assessments at this stage
enable meaningful discussions about school transfers, sixth form college
options and resits.
How assessments work
Children take the online Academic
Assessment in modules, which can be taken in any order, with breaks in between.
Questions adapt to become harder or easier, depending on how many the child
gets right. It never feels too hard or too easy, so is usually a stress-free,
enjoyable experience.
Afterwards, you will receive a detailed report about your child, plus a follow-up meeting or phone call with an experienced teacher to discuss the results.
School choices and your 11+ campaign
We can offer you guidance on
future school choices and, where appropriate, provide an action plan for your 11+
